FREE TIME AT WORK

I am working as a volunteer with the “Growth Art Center”. This center is Located in Monterrey, Mexico. It is one of the most big and most important center of the city, because it works with vulnerable population and is supported by donations from large companies.
My daily routine at work is always helping children and young people with their homeworks, then I teach them English and finally, we do different crafts, play board games or practice some sport.

When I have a break from work, I usually read a book while drinking a cup of coffee, revise my social networks as a Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, or sometimes I also grade school exams, plan classes or activities for the following day.

RECIPIE: MEXICAN TACOS

MEXICAN TACOS Description: Tacos are a typical Mexican dish. They use tortillas as a base and you can add a variety of fillings, wich makes them always different. Ingredients: 350 gr. Of meat or chicken 6 slices of cheese Half chopped lettuce 6 wheat or corn tortillas 3 lemons 1 avocado Salt Pepper 2 tomatoes 1 onion Coriander Half a cup of oil Instructions: In half a cup of oil, fry the tortillas for one minute on each side, remove them and put then on a plate. Then, in a pan add two spoonfuls of oil and fry the meat or chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper. Remove from heat and serve in a bowl. For the guacamole, mash the avocado with a fork, add the juice of a lemon and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve it in a bowl.
