Monterrey is one of the richest cities in Mexico. In its metropolitan area industrial business, financial and commercial activities are developed. Among them are CEMEX, FEMSA, TELEVISA, TV AZTECA, LG ELECTRONICS and SIEMENS, all of them with international operations. Monterrey is considered the city of business and tourism is one of the most innovative and growing sources of income
In a survey made in March 2018 to the population of the city of Monterrey, people were asked about their lifestyle and their way of spending money, finding that: Most people spend around 20% of their money per month in public services and education, half of them spend around 30% of their money per month on food and between 30% and 40% of the people spens around 35% of their money per month on entertainment and transportation.

For the above, we can say that in general people spend most of their money per month in fixed expenses such as food, public services and transportation. When the people know their expenses, they can make a budget and save money for the future, or for different investments, which is good in Mexico, because is an ideal place to do business.

MEXICAN TACOS Description: Tacos are a typical Mexican dish. They use tortillas as a base and you can add a variety of fillings, wich makes them always different. Ingredients: 350 gr. Of meat or chicken 6 slices of cheese Half chopped lettuce 6 wheat or corn tortillas 3 lemons 1 avocado Salt Pepper 2 tomatoes 1 onion Coriander Half a cup of oil Instructions: In half a cup of oil, fry the tortillas for one minute on each side, remove them and put then on a plate. Then, in a pan add two spoonfuls of oil and fry the meat or chicken with a pinch of salt and pepper. Remove from heat and serve in a bowl. For the guacamole, mash the avocado with a fork, add the juice of a lemon and add salt and pepper to taste. Serve it in a bowl. Finally, for the “pico´e gallo”, chop two tomatoes and an onion in small cubes, put them in a bowl, add finely chopped coriander, the juice of two lemons and add salt to taste.
